Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ireland Limited is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support service and maintenance across our EV charging infrastructure portfolio. You will coordinate project and service delivery, ensuring work aligns with timelines, budgets, and SLAs, while collaborating with project managers, field engineers, customers, and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Associate Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Service Delivery Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience in SLA-driven environment with contractual service commitments.
• Experience coordinating field-based engineering, maintenance, infrastructure, utilities, telecoms, energy, or technical service operations.
• Understanding of project management principles, controls, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, resources, and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and service delivery activities to meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and SLAs.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, response times, and targets.
• Coordinate field engineers, subcontractors, and internal resources for timely delivery.
• Serve as operational point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, escalating issues to minimise SLA breaches.
• Support project scheduling, resource planning, and work allocation.
