The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of residential properties, conducting inspections, handling queries from landlords and tenants, and advising on statutory obligations. Knowledge of landlord/tenant law is essential, and no prior experience is required as full training will be provided. The position offers a salary, bonus scheme, mileage allowance, and mobile phone.
