Job summary

STRIVE Search in Dublin 2 is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a multinational firm. You will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high service standards for residents and compliance with tenancy laws.

This role requires 3+ years in property management and involves inspections, maintenance coordination, tenancy administration, rent reviews, and regulator compliance. Office-based position with clear progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service for residents.
• Coordinate property inspections, maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Manage tenancy administration, including lease documentation, renewals, notices and maintaining accurate property records.
• Oversee rent reviews, monitor rental payments and manage arrears in line with company procedures and relevant legislation.
• Ensure properties meet all relevant regulatory requirements, including RTB registration, tenancy legislation and minimum rental standards.
• Build strong relationships with residents, handling queries and resolving maintenance issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• 3+ years of experience in property management
