Qualifications

• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law including RTB, rent increases, notice periods.
• Full clean valid driver's license and use of own car required.
• Strong customer focus and professional management style essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/landlords/tenants and contractors daily.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are well maintained.
• Handle owner and tenant queries efficiently.
