Job summary

Madigan Cunningham Ltd t/a M&C Property is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our property management team across Ireland. You will manage service charge invoicing, debt collection, and credit control processes for Owners' Management Companies (OMCs), building strong relationships with property owners while ensuring timely collections.

The role emphasizes proactive debt management, reconciliation, and collaboration with Property Managers to support residential developments

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in credit control or debt collection.
• Experience in property management, real estate, or housing management.
• Strong understanding of credit control and debtor management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage service charge invoicing and debt collection across OMCs.
• Maintain debtor and owner accounts in the management system.
• Prepare statements, reminder notices, and collection letters.
• Negotiate repayment plans and escalate overdue accounts as required.
• Assist monthly debt collection reporting and year-end documentation.
• Coordinate with solicitors or agencies on delinquent accounts.
