Job summary

SCSI in Dublin is seeking a property professional to manage tenant relationships and leases, and to maintain our in-house Property Database. You will support the property director, coordinate schedules, liaise with solicitors and service providers, ensure compliance and robust record keeping, and monitor service charge budgets to maximize value for the portfolio.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in commercial property, knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, ESG considerations,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the commercial property industry.
• Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, health & safety and ESG as it relates to property management.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; valid work permits.

Responsibilities

• Tenant relationship and lease management.
• Maintaining property records and updating the in-house Property Database.
• Supporting the property director and providing regular reports and updates.
• Identifying issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Co-ordinating activities and work schedules, setting priorities and directing work.
• Liaising with solicitors, agents and 3rd party service providers.
• Ensuring full compliance and record keeping.
• Preparing and monitoring service charge budgets, year end processing and reporting.
