Job summary

ICDS Group in Dublin is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. You will manage the full commercial lifecycle on major healthcare, commercial and pharmaceutical projects, with a focus on cost control and value delivery.

You will handle subcontract procurement, tender analysis, valuations, payments and final accounts, and work closely with project and contracts teams to drive cash flow and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong experience within the construction industry.
• Main contractor experience in Ireland or the UK preferred.
• Experience on projects valued €10m+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Subcontract procurement, tender analysis and account management.
• Cost forecasting, reporting and budget control.

The Role

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved across the full commercial lifecycle of projects,

including:

• Subcontract procurement, tender analysis and account management

• Cash flow forecasting and cost / value reporting
• Subcontractor management and change control
• Value engineering and commercial reviews

About You
