Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Dublin on landmark residential and commercial projects. You will support the commercial delivery across live developments, assist with valuations, cost reporting and final accounts, and work closely with the project and commercial teams to drive value.

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience, ideally with a Main Contractor.
• Experience on residential and/or commercial construction projects.

Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate level) – Dublin

Join the team delivering Dublin's largest and most prestigious construction projects.

A Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team across a number of landmark developments in Dublin. With multiple live projects across the capital, every effort will be made to ensure that you are based as close to your preferred location.

As a Quantity Surveyor here, you'll support the commercial delivery of major residential and commercial projects while working within an experienced commercial team.

• €96m - Rialto - completion in 2029

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts
