Job summary

Careeriser Limited is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor for a full-time role in central Dublin. The position partners with a leading Tier 1 main contractor on Dublin-based projects, covering the full subcontract lifecycle from enquiry to final account.

You will manage subcontract procurement, monthly commercial reporting, cash flow forecasting and hands-on package management on live builds, with a focus on cost control and value engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
• 10m+ project experience
• Third level degree in QS or related discipline
• Strong procurement and commercial delivery track record

Responsibilities

• Subcontract procurement from enquiry to final account and monthly commercial reporting
• Cash flow forecasting and hands-on package management across live builds
• CVRs, cost/value forecasting and budgetary controls
• Remeasurement, value engineering and change order management
• Subcontractor vetting insurances, tax clearance, CWPS compliance

This is a full-scope SQS role subcontract procurement from enquiry to final account, monthly commercial reporting, cash flow forecasting and hands‑on package management across live builds.
