The project comprises 90 apartments with RC frame construction; you will lead the site team from foundations to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role requires 7+ years of main-contractor PM experience, proven leadership and strong communication. Salary ranges €100,000–€120,000 DOE, plus benefits including company vehicle/allowance,

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a new residential development in Swords comprising 90 apartments with a reinforced concrete frame. This is a brand-new project, and youll take full responsibility from foundations through to completion, leading the site team to deliver the project safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project from start to handover.
• Lead the site team, subcontractors and consultants.
• Drive programme, quality, health & safety and budget performance.
• Coordinate all construction activities and report to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years Project Management experience with a main contractor.
• Proven track record delivering RC frame residential developments.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
