About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a prestigious €50m residential development in Swords, consisting of 190 high-density apartments. The project heavily utilizes reinforced concrete (RC) frames and precast concrete systems. You will hold full operational, financial, and safety responsibility for the site from groundbreaking through to handover.

Key Requirements

• Build Experience: Proven track record managing large-scale multi-unit residential or commercial builds (€30m+).
• Structural Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of RC frames, precast concrete structures, and modern methods of construction (MMC).
• Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience leading full site teams and specialized sub-contractors.
• Tech Skills: Proficient in project programming software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and BCAR management.
