Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major construction projects across Dublin, including commercial, pharmaceutical, data centre and controlled environment facilities. You will oversee pre-construction through to completion, manage safety compliance and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.

The role requires proven main contractor experience, a strong track record in commercial construction, and familiarity with controlled environments

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong background delivering commercial construction projects.
• Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical or controlled environment projects is highly advantageous.

Project Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering commercial, pharmaceutical, data centre and controlled environment projects across Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely and in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and the onsite supply chain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting and programme management.
