Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking an Operational Excellence 6S Specialist in Cork for a 12-month contract. This hands-on role will lead the 6S rollout across our BCoE laboratories, driving safer, more efficient and organized workplaces.

You will coordinate audits, develop visual standards, and deliver training while partnering with scientists, engineers, EHS, Facilities, and leadership to sustain improvements across the lab network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated operational environment.
• Practical 5S or 6S knowledge.
• Strong change-management and facilitation skills.
• A collaborative, coaching mindset - embedding new ways of working, not just enforcing them.

Join a global biotech on a mission to turn bold science into life-changing medicines. We're looking for an Operational Excellence 6S Specialist to join our Business Operations Centre (BCoE) team in Cork for a 12-month contract, supporting a major lab expansion.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with real ownership. You'll lead the implementation and sustainability of 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain - with Safety built in) across our laboratory areas, helping build safer, more organised, and more efficient workplaces.
