Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking an Operational Excellence 6S Specialist in Cork for a 12-month contract. This hands-on role will lead the 6S rollout across our BCoE laboratories, driving safer, more efficient and organized workplaces.

You will coordinate audits, develop visual standards, and deliver training while partnering with scientists, engineers, EHS, Facilities, and leadership to sustain improvements across the lab network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated operational environment.
• Practical 5S or 6S knowledge.
• Strong change-management and facilitation skills.
• A collaborative, coaching mindset - embedding new ways of working, not just enforcing them.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination of the 6S programme across BCoE laboratories.
• Run workplace assessments, audits, and action tracking.
• Develop visual standards and embed them into daily practice.
• Deliver training, coaching, and performance reporting.
• Partner closely with lab teams, scientists, engineers, EHS, Facilities, and BCoE leadership.
