Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Lead to direct support for project management operations from initiation to completion. You will act as the SME for the project tracking system, ensuring adherence to policies and delivering accurate performance data.

The role involves training staff, resolving complex issues, and driving team objectives while aligning with CBRE RISE values within the Dublin operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
• Exceptional math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Audit reporting on key performance indicators.
• Create project policies and directives within the operations manual.
• Serve as the SME of the internet-based project tracking system and job cost accounting.
• Respond to internal and external escalated inquiries about performance reports.
• Assist project management teams with adherence to complex administrative practices.
• Assist project team in project close-out procedures.
• Train new administrative staff on project policies and administration.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to meet team objectives.
• Lead by example and guide the team through CBRE RISE values.
