Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Lead to direct support for project management operations from initiation to completion. You will act as a subject matter expert for project tracking systems, dashboards, and cost accounting, ensuring adherence to policies and delivering reliable performance reports to stakeholders.

You will lead a team of administrative staff, train new hires, and partner with the D&T department to resolve complex issues, while aligning with CBRE RISE values and driving

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills with a strong, inquisitive mindset.
Exceptional math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

Audit reporting on key performance indicators.
Create project policies and directives for the operations manual.
Be the subject matter expert of the project tracking system and cost accounting.
Respond to escalated inquiries about performance reports and tracking data.
Assist management with compliance to project policies and close-out procedures.
Train new administrative staff on project policies and administration.
Resolve complex problems to help the team meet its objectives.
