Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of projects, ensuring accurate setup, transactions, budgets, billing rates and revenue recognition.
• Monitor project financial performance including EACs, revenue/cost recognition, WIP and credit risk.
• Coordinate client invoicing and support accounts receivable and collections.
• Provide financial support on subcontractor tracking, progress reporting, audits and write-offs.
• Maintain project administration throughout the lifecycle including budget changes and rate table maintenance.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Finance teams to ensure policy compliance and high service levels.
