• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across numerous active sites.
• Strong customer-facing and public engagement skills.
• Commercially aware with a focus on delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Natural leadership qualities with the desire to develop and grow a team.
• Highly motivated, energetic and career-driven.
• Retrofit experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of a large portfolio of residential retrofit and construction projects.
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities to ensure successful completions.
• Managing project programmes and allocating resources effectively across multiple sites.
• Monitoring project performance against key delivery targets and KPIs.
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Leading and supporting project management personnel as the delivery function expands.
• Working closely with homeowners, contractors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project delivery processes.
• Producing regular performance and delivery reports for senior management.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the project delivery team.
