Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for Dublin & Greater Dublin Area. The role oversees 3–5 live projects with values ranging in the €20–€30 million bracket, including high-rise residential and public sector work.

You will lead project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to high standards of safety and quality. The successful candidate will have 8–10 years in construction, a relevant degree, and proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects.

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 3–5 live projects across Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Project Managers, Site Managers, and site teams.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, costs, and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and company procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Manage contractual matters including variations, claims, and commercial risk.
• Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Oversee procurement activities and subcontractor performance.
• Promote and maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Support tender reviews, pre-construction planning, and strategic business growth initiatives.

The Opportunity

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of 3–5 live projects across Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area. The project portfolio includes high-rise residential developments valued between €20 million and €30 million, alongside public sector fit-out and refurbishment projects.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Project Managers, Site Managers, and site teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years' experience within the construction industry.
• Previous experience in a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale residential projects, including multi-storey or high-rise developments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
