Job summary

Flexistaff Recruitment client is a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor delivering high-quality projects across Dublin and Leinster. They seek an experienced Project Manager to own diverse assignments across education, healthcare, residential, heritage, sports & leisure, and civil works.

You will manage projects from planning through completion, lead site teams and suppliers, monitor progress and budgets, and ensure safety and quality while building strong client

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating site operations, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and project reporting skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in education, healthcare, residential, commercial or civil construction sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning, procurement, delivery and handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, quality standards and timelines.
• Drive project progress and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and design teams.
• Ensure health & safety regulations and company procedures are followed.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates and short-term lookaheads.
• Support commercial activities, forecasting and tender submissions when required.

Our client is a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of diverse construction projects across sectors including education, healthcare, residential, heritage, sports & leisure, and civil works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning, procurement, delivery, and handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
• Drive project progress and proactively resolve issues as they arise.

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.

About You
