Job summary

Harper Finley Professional Recruitment in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to coordinate engineers across service, maintenance, commissioning and project works, while managing customer requirements and supporting efficient service delivery. Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Scheduler or similar role.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, facilities management, engineering or related environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate engineers across service, maintenance, commissioning and project works
• Manage incoming customer requests and enquiries
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and engineers to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Monitor engineer schedules, job progress and outstanding activities
• Raise work orders and maintain accurate project and service records
• Prepare quotations and support customer communications and administration
• Assist with planning and coordinating small project works from quotation through to completion
• Follow up on outstanding works, quotations and customer requirements
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on operational performance
• Review job costs, labour utilisation and operational efficiency
• Assist with cost analysis and profitability tracking across projects and PPM contracts
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, profitability and customer satisfaction

Salary: €40,000-€45,000 + quarterly performance bonus linked to KPIs

About You

You will ideally have experience in a Project Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Scheduler, Planner or similar role.

You should have excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong communication abilities and the confidence to manage multiple priorities.

We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, detail-oriented and analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, facilities management, engineering, construction or a related environment is highly desirable.
