Job summary

White-Recruitment is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Dublin service operation, overseeing a team of 11 engineers and apprentices. The role ensures delivery across commercial HVAC systems, with a route to further develop the service function.

You will manage day-to-day engineering performance, provide technical support, and handle customer issues and workloads while guiding the team toward service excellence.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer.
• Strong commercial air conditioning service and fault-finding background.
• Knowledge of VRV/VRF, splits, AHUs, FCUs and related HVAC equipment.
• Experience with Daikin and/or Mitsubishi Electric systems advantageous.
• Able to support engineers and apprentices with diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Manage workloads, priorities and customer requirements.
• Strong customer-facing skills to handle technical queries and service issues.

Salary: EUR70000 - EUR95000 per annum

Are you an experienced Service Engineer / Supervisor looking to make the step up?

A leading HVAC contractor is looking to appoint a Service Manager to lead its Dublin service operation. You’ll take responsibility for a team of 11 engineers and apprentices delivering planned and reactive maintenance across commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems, with an experienced Service Supervisor already in place to support the operation.

The role covers day-to-day engineering performance, technical support, customer issues, workload management, service delivery and the continued development of the team.

Requirements

• Fully qualified HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer
• Strong commercial air conditioning service and fault-finding background
• Good working knowledge of VRV / VRF, splits, AHUs, FCUs and associated HVAC equipment
• Experience with Daikin and/or Mitsubishi Electric systems advantageous
• Able to technically support engineers and apprentices with diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Comfortable managing workloads, engineering priorities and customer requirements
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage technical queries and service issues

Package

• Total package up to €95,000 consisting of:
• Up to €80,000 basic salary DOE
• Performance-related bonus
• €15 per day tax-free subsistence allowance
• Commercial company vehicle

• Approx. 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Dublin-based, covering customer sites across the surrounding area
