• Proven experience delivering Procurement transformation or procurement technology programmes (≤140 chars).
• Background within consumer goods, FMCG or B2B manufacturing (≤140 chars).
• Strong vendor selection and vendor management experience (≤140 chars).
• Experience leading process improvement, automation and technology transformation (≤140 chars).
• The confidence to engage with senior leaders across Procurement, Finance and Technology (≤140 chars).
• Experience taking programmes from discovery through to implementation (≤140 chars).
• A strong track record managing complex, multi-vendor programmes (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Lead an enterprise procurement transformation programme from pre-design to implementation.

12-month day-rate contract | South Dublin | 2–3 days onsite

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide Procurement Transformation programme for a leading organisation in South Dublin.

This is a high-profile, strategic transformation currently in the pre-design phase. The focus is on reviewing existing procurement processes, identifying opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working, and introducing greater automation and technology across the function.

A key part of the programme will be the implementation of a new procurement orchestration platform, which you will take ownership of once the pre-design phase is complete. There will also be a smaller ServiceNow rollout running alongside the main programme.

You’ll have significant exposure to senior Procurement and Finance stakeholders, as well as responsibility for managing and selecting external vendors and technology partners. This is a role where strong stakeholder management and commercial/vendor experience are just as important as core programme delivery skills.

We’re looking for someone with:
