Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking staff to support after school programs. You will supervise children, assist with homework, and lead a range of indoor and outdoor activities.

Join a friendly team and help create a safe, inclusive environment for school-aged children. Successful candidates will have relevant experience, English fluency, Garda vetting, and work permit/VISA where required.

Qualifications

• Experience with school-aged children is required.
• Basic knowledge of child development necessary.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (handled after interview).
• Work permit or VISA is essential to work legally.
• At least two written references are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.

• Lead planned indoor and outdoor activities daily.

Job Description

• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment

Requirements

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• Work Permit/ VISA essential
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting

Working Hours

Multiple positions and working hours: Monday to Friday 1:30pm - 6:00pm and 8am to 9am and 1:40pm - 6:00pm
