Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking an energetic After School Club Supervisor to supervise children during activities and free play, help with homework, and lead structured indoor and outdoor activities.

You will maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment, bring enthusiasm, and support games and crafts. Garda vetting and work permit are required, with two written references before starting; Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with school-aged children.
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Garda vetting (completed by us after interview).
• Work Permit/VISA essential.
• At least 2 written references checks.

Job Description

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assist with homework and educational tasks
• Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• Work Permit/ VISA essential
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting
• Monday to Thursday
• Afterschool Club 1:30pm-5:30pm
