Sherpa Kids Ireland operates on-site at schools offering Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs tailored to national-aged children. You will supervise and support children with a mix of structured activities, homework help, and supervised free play.
The role requires experience with school-aged children, strong English skills, Garda vetting, and a valid work permit/visa. Energetic, reliable candidates with references are encouraged to apply.

Supervise children during activities and free play
Assist with homework and educational tasks
Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
Basic knowledge of child development
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
Work Permit/ VISA essential
At least 2 written references checks are required before starting
