Job summary

Arrow Group in Ireland is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, lead and monitor production and maintenance activities. You will maximise resources to deliver finished goods to customer demand and meet specifications and schedules.

The role involves leading the production team, attending meetings, managing attendance and overtime, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. A dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities and equal opportunities employment is expected.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of the company’s computer system / software and also Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven leadership is essential.
• Proven track record in delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team to achieve targets, coordinating with Plant Manager for overtime when required.
• Attend daily production meetings and address issues raised.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, overtime and annual leave.
• Delegate and organise work to meet production targets (output, waste, yield, efficiency).
• Ensure products meet quality and delivery targets for customers.
