Zusammenfassung

Arrow Group in Ireland is seeking a Production Operator to support daily targets across output, waste, yield, and efficiency on the 14:00-22:30 shift. You will work with a team to meet production plans and maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas.

You will record data, perform quality tests, follow HACCP and Health & Safety procedures, and respond to line equipment issues. A minimum of 6 months FMCG experience, strong English, and proactive teamwork are required; travel may be occasional.

Aufgaben

• Meet daily production targets on output, waste, yield, efficiency and start-up time as part of a team.
• Record all production data at set times (downtime, waste, process sheets, non-conformances).
• Ensure quality tests are completed per protocols and traceability records kept.
• Manage production tools, probes, machine parts; report missing items.
• Maintain food safety requirements and hygiene standards.
• Keep work area and machines clean, safe and tidy.
• Operate equipment per training and SOP.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures.
• Suggest new initiatives for process improvements.
• Work to quality standards and customer specs; get it right first time.
• Inform line manager of maintenance issues identified.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure material supply and uninterrupted line flow.
• Be flexible to meet orders, including handling breakdowns on the line.
