Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Production Shift Lead at a Waterford site on behalf of a leading Irish food manufacturer. You will have daily responsibility for frontline leadership across production and related departments, delivering KPIs while guiding a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will implement production plans, drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality manufacturing with close attention to detail.

• Experience in production team lead/supervisor roles, ideally 2+ years managing people.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Strong track record of Lean/Continuous Improvement practices.

Reporting to the Production Manager, as Shift Team Lead you will be responsible for the daily leadership and management of production activities and colleagues across production related departments in line with strategic KPIs.
