Hours: Typically 6pm–2am, with flexibility according to production requirements
Take ownership of an evening and night packing operation with an established Irish food manufacturer supplying retail and foodservice customers at home and overseas.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys organising people, keeping operations moving and seeing the results of a well-run shift. You’ll coordinate the team responsible for wrapping, packing and preparing products for dispatch, ensuring orders leave accurately, safely and on schedule.
You’ll organise staffing, equipment and stock throughout the shift, responding to changing priorities and helping your team deliver consistent results. Working closely with production, quality and other departments, you’ll identify practical improvements to productivity, product quality and waste.
You’ll have around two to three years’ experience supervising a team, ideally within food production, packing or a comparable manufacturing environment.
