Ready Chef, a family-owned Irish business supplying fresh and prepared vegetables to the Irish food service sector, seeks an experienced Production Supervisor for the evening shift in Dublin. You will lead a busy production department, ensuring orders are produced on time and managing staff daily.

The role operates 7 days a week from 15:00 to 00:00 with weekend work required. Prior supervisory experience in a factory environment (fresh produce preferred) and forklift competency are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a factory setting.
• Experience in fresh produce environment preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all customer orders for factory.
• Effectively record and manage the performance of the factory team.
• Using initiative to find alternative solutions to problems that are encountered.
• Continuous improvement of the processes within the department.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure staff do also.
• Oversee training for new operatives.
• Manage the cleaning and ensure the factory is left in a tidy condition at the end of the production.
• Compile reports at the request of the senior supervisor.
• Develop and maintain a supportive and positive work environment.
• Any ad hoc tasks that are required.

Production Supervisor (Evening Shift) - Dublin

Ready Chef are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to work within a busy department where you will be responsible for producing orders on time to our customers, and managing the staff within the factory on a day to day basis. The production facility operates 7 days per week and the successful candidate will be required to work 15:00 - 00:00 each day. Working week is typically 5 days over 7.

Successful applicants must be available to work weekends.

Only candidates residing in Ireland will be considered for this role, holding a valid full-time visa.

Key Responsibilities:
