Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Shift Production Manager for a leading Irish food manufacturer in Cork. You will oversee daily production and dispatch, lead a diverse team and ensure KPIs are met in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will implement production plans, drive continuous improvement and maintain high quality manufacturing through Lean practices and strong people leadership.

Reporting to the Production Manager, as ShiftManager you will be responsible for the daily leadership and management of production activities and colleagues across production related departments in line with strategic KPIs.
