Job summary

Vickerstock in Galway is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will ensure production targets are met while upholding food safety, quality, health & safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead and develop the production team, monitor KPIs and productivity, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering and other departments to optimise performance and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Manager or senior production leadership in food manufacturing.
• Strong track record of managing production teams in fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of KPIs, efficiency, waste and labour planning.

Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for a well-established food manufacturing company located in Galway.

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring the efficient delivery of production plans while maintaining high standards across quality, food safety, health & safety, productivity and performance.

You will be responsible for leading and developing the production team, driving operational efficiency and supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day production operations and achieve production targets.

About You

• Previous experience as a Production Manager or senior Production leadership role within food manufacturing.
