Job summary

Phorest Salon Software is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Front of House team to lead the development of client-facing solutions that improve salon customer experience, including appointment management, check-ins, and communication tools. You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable frontend solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on frontend development.
• Strong technical background, particularly in frontend technologies; Ember.js experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and design teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely within GMT+2 time zone or be based in Dublin.
