Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd seeks a Procurement Technician to support the purchasing function within Glanua Industrial. You will process requisitions and POs, assist sites with procurement, and maintain records to support end‑to‑end P2P processes.

You will communicate with vendors, compare bids, and help manage supplier performance. A high school diploma is required; degree and SAP/ERP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in procurement/supply chain support roles are desirable.
• Experience with procurement practices and ERP/SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing function within Glanua Industrial business.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders.
• Assist construction sites with procurement of materials and services.
• Maintain procurement records (POs, goods receipts, invoicing issues).
• Communicate with vendors about price, availability, and delivery times.
• Review and compare prices, specs, and delivery dates to select best bids.
• Support contract management and supplier performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain supply levels and vendor compliance.
• Monitor and update procurement databases and catalogues.
