Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Procurement Technician to support purchasing activities, manage requisitions and purchase orders, and assist on construction-site procurement. You will maintain procurement records and liaise with vendors on price, delivery times, and product information.

The role requires 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain support, with a high school diploma or equivalent; Level 7 or related degree preferred. Strong Excel skills and ERP/SAP familiarity are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain support.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Level 7/degree preferred in related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience with SAP is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the purchasing function and processing of requisitions and purchase orders.
• Assist construction sites with procurement of materials and services.
• Maintain procurement records to support P2P processes.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain product information, price and delivery time.
• Review price, specs and delivery dates to identify best bids.
• Support contract management and supplier performance tracking; ensure policy compliance.
