Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Dublin is seeking an Analyst to operate in a client-centric, end-to-end fund administration model.

You will grow to own all aspects of fund administration, including client services, financial reporting, investor relations, and capital event servicing for private equity funds. You will work with AVP-level professionals on deal funding, audits, and investor queries, building strong relationships with client stakeholders while contributing to process improvements that reduce manual

Qualifications

• Data literacy and ability to handle private markets fund data
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ownership and accountability in end-to-end servicing
• Willingness to develop skills and leverage AI tools in processes
• Understanding complex legal documentation and controls environment
• Experience with private equity fund administration preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, audit, and reporting for private equity and debt funds
• Handle LP/investor capital calls, distributions, and investor reports
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and ensure delivery against contracts
• Ensure control frameworks and procedure documentation are executed
• Contribute to design and implementation of process improvements to reduce manual work
• Escalate successes and issues to senior management in a timely manner
