Job summary

Quest Recruitment is seeking experienced Audit professionals looking to transition into the Private Equity fund accounting space, with openings at AVP, Manager and VP levels across leading global funds and asset managers.

You will oversee accounting, financial reporting and investor servicing for a diverse portfolio of private capital structures, review statements, monitor capital calls and distributions, and lead teams while driving improvements and client relationships.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Big 4 or Top 10 audit experience.
• Exposure to Private Equity, Investment Funds or Financial Services clients.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and review of accounting and financial reporting for Private Equity funds.
• Review of quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor capital calls, distributions and investor allocations.
• Review fund valuations and investment activity.
• Liaise with auditors, investment managers and institutional investors.
• Support fund launches, restructures and complex transactions.
• Lead and develop teams, driving process improvements.
