Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced PE Fund Accounting leader in Ireland to oversee a team of supervisors and accounting specialists. You will mentor staff, develop SME knowledge on PE structures, and ensure accurate monthly and quarterly reporting for a blue-chip client base.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting operations or practice with 3+ years in Private Equity preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and financial services knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting operations or practice experience.
• 3+ years in Private Equity is desirable.
• Strong communication and written skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of the financial services industry and related products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PE accounting team of supervisors and accounting specialists.
• Mentor and develop team through ongoing training.
• Develop SME expertise on PE client structures and PE accounting processes.
• Manage client deliverables (SLAs) with team and client.
• Review and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packs.
• Oversee client capital activity processing (calls/distributions/transfers).
• Review management fee and waterfall/carry calculations.
• Prepare accounts and financial statements for complex PE structures.
• Engage in local and global group projects.
• Communicate with clients and maintain strong relationships.
