Back4good is seeking a Privacy Analyst in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, to support the DPO in ensuring GDPR compliance across the organization. You will conduct PIAs, review processing agreements, and promote privacy by design within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include RoPA management, DSAR handling, audits, and staff training. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in privacy/compliance and relevant certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Law, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a data privacy or compliance role.
  • Strong working knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Certification such as CIPP/E, CIPM or equivalent (preferred but not essential).

Our client, a leading organisation committed to robust data governance and ethical information management, is seeking an experienced Privacy Analyst to join their growing compliance team in Greystones. This is an exciting opportunity for a data protection professional to contribute to the development and enforcement of privacy frameworks across a dynamic enterprise.

As a Privacy Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) in ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable privacy legislation. You will conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs), review data processing agreements, and engage with internal teams to promote a culture of privacy by design.

Key Responsibilities:
