Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a Privacy Analyst for an initial two-month contract, with strong potential to extend to one year. The role is fully remote for candidates based in EU, starting early November 2026.

You will support PIAs/DPIAs, GDPR compliance, privacy risk assessments, and data inventories, and collaborate with legal, business, and technology teams to monitor privacy metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in data privacy, GDPR compliance, or data protection.
• Knowledge of PIAs/DPIAs and privacy risk assessments.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided.
