Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Principal Systems Development Engineer for the International Product Support team in Cork, Ireland. The role focuses on investigating and resolving complex product issues across the Enterprise PowerEdge Server and AI portfolio, working with Technical Support, Engineering, Quality, and partners to enhance product quality and customer experience.

You will lead issue resolution, validate defects, and document technical findings to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with datacenter servers and networking.
• Ability to analyze complex hardware/software failures in enterprise environments.
• Ability to document findings and communicate with engineering and customers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate hardware, software, and networking failures across Enterprise PowerEdge Server and AI portfolio.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues with global Technical Support teams and partners.
• Represent customer voice in engineering corrective actions and improvements.
• Characterize, validate, and identify field-reported defects with developers and vendors.
• Document findings and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and product improvement.
