Dell Technologies in Dublin seeks a Technical Support Engineer 2 to join Dell/Nvidia AI Networking. You will resolve enterprise networking issues across Cloud, Data Center and Edge environments, collaborating with global customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include documenting issues, coordinating with Engineering and Backline teams, and contributing to HW/SW quality by reporting bugs. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience integrating and troubleshooting servers, storage, and networking in data center environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals: L2/L3, routing, switching, AAA, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud networking, data center architectures, SD-WAN, and Linux-based systems; familiarity with BGP, VXLAN, EVPN.
• Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to prioritize.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise customer issues from intake to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all technical information and keep customers updated on progress.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Backline, and other teams during resolution.
• Report bugs and issues to Backline teams to improve HW/SW quality.
• Maintain professional conduct and follow processes to achieve timely resolutions.
