Dell Technologies Ireland in Cork, Ireland seeks a Principal Systems Development Engineer for International Product Support to investigate and resolve complex product issues across the PowerEdge Server and AI portfolio. You will work with Technical Support, Engineering, Quality teams and partners to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
6 months of datacenter servers, networking, or storage experience OR 5 years with an undergraduate degree.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

Investigate hardware, software, and networking failures across AI solutions and PowerEdge Server platforms.
Lead and drive resolution of complex technical issues with global Technical Support teams and partners.
Represent the voice of the customer in engineering corrective action and continuous improvement.
Characterize, validate, and identify field-reported defects with developers and vendors.
Document technical findings, resolution strategies, and outcomes for knowledge sharing.
