Job summary

You will investigate and resolve complex product issues across Enterprise PowerEdge Server and AI portfolios, collaborating with Technical Support, Engineering, Quality, and partners to improve product quality and customer experience. Qualifications

• Expertise in advanced server hardware architecture, including power and thermal subsystems, memory, CPU, BIOS, and GPU tech.
• Experience in failure analysis, escalation management and documentation across server hardware and networking.
• Strong networking knowledge: Ethernet, TCP/IP, NC-SI, FC, iSCSI, InfiniBand; OSI and TCP/IP layers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate hardware, software, and networking failures across AI solutions and PowerEdge Server platforms.
• Lead and drive resolution of complex issues with global Technical Support teams and partners.
• Represent the voice of the customer in engineering corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Characterize and identify field-reported defects, working with developers and vendors.
• Document findings, resolution strategies, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and product improvement.
