Job summary

Dell Technologies in Dublin, Cherrywood, Ireland, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer 2 to support Dell & Nvidia AI Networking. You will handle enterprise customer issues across Cloud, Datacenter, and Edge Networking, reporting progress and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive effective resolutions.

The role emphasizes detailed documentation, timely updates, and contributing to hardware/software quality through bug reporting.

Qualifications

2 years of experience integrating and troubleshooting a broad range of technologies in datacenter environments.
Experience supporting modern networking environments including cloud networking, datacenter architectures, SD-WAN, and Linux-based systems.
Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise customer-reported issues from various intake models and work with customers until resolution.
Comprehensively document all relevant technical information throughout the life cycle and communicate progress to the customer.
Coordinate with Engineering, Backline Teams and other stakeholders during resolution.
Contribute to HW and SW quality by reporting bugs to Backline teams.
