Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Ireland is seeking a Sales & Retention Specialist to own end-to-end retention for premium programs, from onboarding through retention and potential churn. You will balance customer advocacy, sales acumen, and data-driven experimentation to protect revenue and improve outcomes.

You will lead high-value conversations, manage external agencies, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, Community, and Customer Experience teams to reduce churn and drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retention, CS, or related commercial role.
• Proven impact on retention, churn, or conversions.
• Experience managing external vendors/partners against performance standards.
• Experience designing and running structured experiments.
• Strong data fluency; able to build and interrogate datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end retention process for premium programs and targets.
• Lead high-value retention conversations; define scripts and coaching approaches.
• Develop and refine retention offers based on data and customer needs.
• Design quarterly retention experiments with clear hypotheses and actions.
• Identify refund journey frictions and drive process improvements.
• Lead win-back initiatives for churned customers; convert opportunities to revenue.
• Define onboarding standards and measurable outcomes for first weeks.
• Manage relationships with external sales/appointment-setting agencies; monitor performance.
• Translate churn insights into actions for Product & Marketing; present findings to leadership.
