Panda in Ireland is seeking a Sales & Retention Agent (Dual-Skill Role) to join our growing team at Millennium Park. You will handle both inbound and outbound sales, attract new business, and drive customer loyalty to retain existing accounts.

The role requires strong outbound telesales experience, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales and retention KPIs while delivering excellent service to our clients and community partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales or retention roles.
• Proven success in cold calling, customer win-backs, and inbound sales conversion.
• Strong retention skills with the ability to diffuse customer concerns and reinforce value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally and effectively.
• Proactively engage with new prospects and former customers to drive conversions and win-back campaigns.
• Support customer retention efforts by identifying at-risk customers and offering tailored solutions to retain business.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets for sales and customer retention.
• Utilize MS Office tools to manage customer data, sales leads, and generate accurate reports.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve common goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to better serve customer needs.
