• 5+ years in retention, customer success, or related commercial role with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing agencies/partners against performance standards.
• Ability to design structured experiments and translate results into action.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end retention for premium programs and drive revenue.
• Lead high-value retention conversations and coach the team.
• Develop retention offers based on data and root-cause analysis.
• Run quarterly retention experiments with clear hypotheses and outcomes.
• Coordinate with external agencies for sourcing, negotiation, and performance management.
• Present retention performance and recommendations to leadership.
