Job summary

Partner Company in Ireland seeks a hands-on Marketing & Data Analyst to join a fast-moving analytics team. You will connect marketing performance, product behavior and retention data, owning reporting across acquisition channels and guiding business decisions with reliable insights.

Responsibilities span the customer journey, from acquisition to retention and lifetime value, with heavy involvement in GTM, GA4, Mixpanel, BigQuery and marketing platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing/product/data analytics or related field.
• Hands-on with Mixpanel, GA4 or comparable analytics platforms.
• Experience with funnels, events, user behavior, conversion rates, and journeys.
• Practical GTM experience including event setup & debugging.
• Web/server-side tracking implementations and analytics integrations.
• Strong attribution knowledge across paid media and internal data sources.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with BigQuery and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics, tracking, and reporting across acquisition channels.
• Analyze customer journey from acquisition to retention including LTV and churn.
• Track metrics: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, cohorts, rebills, cancellations.
• Identify trends and opportunities; provide actionable insights.
• Translate data into clear reports for marketing, product and business teams.
• Evaluate A/B tests across pages and journeys; communicate findings.
• Monitor attribution across Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure data quality across systems.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking with GTM and pixels/Conversions APIs.
